The Tupac Amaru Shakur Center for the Arts will be hosting a star-studded birthday celebration & all-star benefit concert presented by Afeni Shakur and Hollywood actor/ comedian Mike Epps (June 16, 2009) in honor of the late hip-hop icon Tupac Shakur.

The evening will celebrate the life and legacy of the hip-hop icon whose life was tragically taken on September 13, 1996, leaving behind a multi-generational legion of fans and musical followers.

Special celebrity invited guests such as Ludacris, Ciara, Young Jeezy, Big Boi, MTV's Day 26, Jim Jones, Polow Da Don, and more are expected to participate in commemorating the birth of the legendary rapper in an extravagant momentous birthday tribute. Co-hosted by M1 of Dead Prez, more performers will be added in the coming weeks.
